SYNDICATIONS,
VENTURE CAPITAL, AND EVERYTHING IN BETEWEEN
Balmoral raises the capital needed for business ventures in
emerging countries by serving as a bridge between the international
capital markets and the local businessmen in these emerging
countries. Much of the business is discounting and selling Bank
Letters of Credit. Balmoral does not compete with or replace
private initiative and capital. It helps to raise funds for
projects and trade transactions that would otherwise be held
back because of inadequate funding or because the participants
need financial partners to "facilitate" the transaction.
Balmoral is aggressive in taking banks with less than perfect
records by:
- Investing in equity and making loans for its own accounts
- Reaching out into the international capital markets for
additional capital and new risk takers.
Because its executives have decades of experience in finance
and a record of successes in medical and financial foreign markets,
Balmoral seeks participation in projects with institution investors
all over the world. We encourage parallel investing with various
parties taking up syndicated portions of investments. Balmoral
helps local investors, who might be inexperienced in the international
financial community, and find and utilize sources of capital
that otherwise might be not available. Language is no longer
a barrier when your project and your money are at stake.
Balmoral may invest, for its own account, all or percentage
of the total cost of the trade or project. Investments with
Balmoral tend to be low for international markets, typically
between $ 500,000 and $ 25,000,000 US dollars. The average is
the "one million dollar deal". Fees and contracts
vary.
